Service Description
Spaceflow provides AI-powered procurement automation through a protocol-based integration layer. The service includes email ingestion, quote matching, negotiation assistance, and purchase order generation.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Spaceflow complies with your organization's procurement policies. All automated actions are subject to your configured approval thresholds and human-in-the-loop rules.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. Spaceflow processes data on your behalf under a per-tenant isolated architecture. We do not claim any rights to your procurement data, supplier relationships, or business intelligence.
Service Level
Spaceflow targets 99.9% uptime for production environments. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Real-time status is available at our status page.
